The Laundry Room Incident
I survived another day of work today. When I got home I found out we developed a leak near our water heater. Hot water was leaking out of a pinhole in a copper pipe.
This is after the plumber tore open the wall, found a pinhole and repaired it by brazing it. We’re drying it out now with a shop fan for a couple of days. Then we will have the drywall repaired and painted.
Luckily we caught it right away.

I’ve been messing around some more Adobe Illustrator this evening, and I decided to image trace my own version of Trollface on there and turned it into a Jack-O’-Lantern:

Here’s a picture of an orange kitten we were going to get that we named Archie. Unfortunately he was accidentally killed at about 7 weeks of age. Everyone is sad about it.
If you have kittens, please protect them when they’re little. Rest in piece, little guy.

Race to Iron Man’s Mountain
I decided to continue my quest in Pokemon Diamond this evening by climbing my way to Stark Mountain, where I meet the strongest trainer named Buck. We went on a journey to find the Magma Stone, where a legendary Heatran awaits me after completing the quest. Afterwards I flew over to the Survival Area and went inside an old man’s house, where Buck was waiting for me. Then I came back to Tony Stark’s Mountain where I squared off against Heatran, and finally managed to catch that gigantic volcanic critter. 😛
I was teaching her new moves that are super-effective against any Grass-types, Ice-types, etc. I decided to name her Krakatoa because it’s named after a legendary volcano located in Indonesia.
Current Illustrator Mood: The Other Elvis Meat
