Current Illustrator Mood: Squeaky Cleaning Company

Yesterday I got bored so I did some Adobe Illustrator and made my own version of the crime scene cleaning company logo based on the one from the video game Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne. Here’s a picture of what I’m talking about:

The reason why is because it just doesn’t hurt to do so… but cleaners with guns do though. πŸ˜›

Current Gaming Mood: Max Payne 2

Instead of playing some TF2 or GMod I decided to play around some Max Payne 2 since it’s been a while. Although the game is Max Payne and you play as Max, for four levels you play as another character named Mona Sax. Here are some screenshots of things during the gameplay:

It’s an old game but what I like about Max Payne 2 are the ragdoll physics:

I have managed to battle my way against dozens of gun-toting cleaners including the boss cleaner named Kaufman. I made my way to the Prologue level in the Part 2 where Max Payne is at the police station. There he pays a visit to Mona Sax, who’s being locked up in a jail cell for murdering some cleaners.

Now to think about what to play next… πŸ˜›

Some Thanksgiving Fun with Carmageddon: Max Damage

I have been doing some Carmageddon: Max damage lately since it’s been awhile. So far I have stolen Stella Stunna’s electricity car, found another coloured bush hair, and managed to mow down a total of 420 Peds before wrecking my last opponent on the last event of the night:

I also unlocked a new rim for completing the fourth Ped Popper challenge, but I still need to use up my upgrade tokens because I found 26 of them in one event. Anyways, I had a bloody awesome time mowing down Peds and wrecking my opponents who are after my thirst of blood.

Playing around with some Quake (again)

I decided to torture myself by playing some Quake tonight, and so far I made my way to Limbo after fighting off dozens of enemies in Pandemonium. I even took various screenshots that are really epic:

Alxala used Thunderbolt! It’s super effective!

This Vore is floating in mid-air.

Knight Battle to the Death!

My Shambler companion is beating the hell out of that Vore.

Now I just need to make my way to Armagon’s Lair, so I can track him down and kick his ass. But that will wait until the next time I play this game. πŸ™‚

The Wang has risen!

Tomala let me know that Shadow Warrior was free on Humble Bundle, so I went and grabbed a copy:

Wassup fuckers? Prepare to be annihilated!

You play as Lo Wang, a legendary warrior who can kill enemies with his sword or guns, if he has ammunition. He can do other things like dash in any direction just by pressing the Shift key then pressing the usual W, S, A or D. If you hold the Shift key and press W, Wang will start to sprint until his stamina drops. I also like how you can slice and dice dead enemies into bits and pieces:

Another cool thing is when you press R while you’re equipped with the Penetrator [great name], it sputters like fireworks:

LMAO! πŸ˜›

There are some special things in this game like Dark Crystals which give me Ki, an energy that allows me to learn or upgrade demonic powers. Other special things in this game are spirits from fallen creatures which give you health, karma to learn and upgrade my skills, and demon hearts that kills all demons from six meters away from me, which is demonically awesome. πŸ˜€ I made my way to Chapter 2 which is The Party Bus after killing dozens of enemy humans and demons in the first one, and then I took some screenshots of arcade machines plus the original classic Shadow Warrior arcade machine in the Prologue:

Not a bad game… I don’t think I’ll have to be too bored to play this again. πŸ™‚

Counter-Strike meets Left 4 Dead

Last night I played a bit of Codename CURE, another first-person shooting game that I haven’t touched. It’s about a support team where you can play with up to five players as they go out on different objective and survival-based missions while fighting off dozens of infected zombies. Here’s what the game looks like:

This is fun to play but the missions are sometimes hard to complete with bots. What I mostly like about this game are the bot names based on some robot characters like R2-D2, C-3PO, GIR and Johnny 5. I added some more bot names on the list like Jailbot, Super Mecha Death Christ and Central Scrutinizer. πŸ˜›

Having fun with Carmageddon: Max Damage

I decided to tear into some Carmageddon: Max Damage, and so far it didn’t have any problems at all which is good. I was going around killing peds by driving over them, wrecking my opponents, hunting down upgrade tokens, etc.Β  I took some screenshots that are extremely epic:

I believe I can fly…

FUCK DA POLICE!!! πŸ˜›

Really nice lighthouse. πŸ˜€

I have managed to steal a bunch of cars from random opponents and unlocked about 11 chapters in Career Mode. I also got a bunch of achievements like the one for wrecking my first opponent, the other for buying and equipping 12 parts in the Parts Shop for one car, etc. πŸ™‚ This game is bloody awesome just like the other Carmageddon games. I’ll think about playing more of this someday.

Blowing shit up in TF2

I was doing some offline practice in Team Fortress 2 last night. Here’s a screenshot of me practicing defending the intelligence as Heavy in Capture The Flag:

And here’s a couple of screenshots of me doing some DeGroot Keep practice:

Oh, I also used funny names (especially the ones I made) on the bots while I was doing offline practice. :v

So yeah, everything went well so far. πŸ™‚
