I drew my own thing

I’ve been working on my new welcome picture for my Steam profile this evening. I will now show this picture to you Slackers right here:

I used Krita for the TF2 background image, Photoshop for the contoured text of my own name, and Illustrator and my Wacom tablet to draw my own character and a speech bubble. So now that I’ve finished my artwork, I will wait until tomorrow to upload this artwork on Steam because I’m a little bit tired to do so.

Check out my new GMod block art

I decided to work on my pixel block art in GMod this evening, and here’s a pic of what I’ve been working on:

This is supposed to be an 8-bit sprite of Miru, a light green friendly ghost of Pac-Man from the 80’s arcade game Pac & Pal. I got my Miru block art up on Steam now, and I also published my block art of a gold key that I made last year but I forgot about publishing my 8-bit key on that year due to real life and other productive distractions.

I was going to plan on doing more block art in GMod tomorrow, but this time I’ll work on some block art that’s completely different and doesn’t include video game characters.

Late Thanksgiving SFM Artwork Roundup

I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving this year. I’ve been playing around in SFM (Source FilmMaker) this evening since it’s been a while. Here’s a couple of pics I’ve put together for tonight:

And to top it off I have made my own TF2 profile poster using Krita and Adobe Illustrator, just like my Thanksgiving picture above:

Now I’m at the point where I’m making my next SFM project that’s based on a Christmas theme. 😛

Current Illustrator Mood: Squeaky Cleaning Company

Yesterday I got bored so I did some Adobe Illustrator and made my own version of the crime scene cleaning company logo based on the one from the video game Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne. Here’s a picture of what I’m talking about:

The reason why is because it just doesn’t hurt to do so… but cleaners with guns do though. 😛

Current Gaming Mood: Mortal Kombat 11

Last night I decided to check out the Krypt in Mortal Kombat 11. After being greeted by some old, evil sorcerer you enter the Krypt, and start off with a powerful sledgehammer.

Stop. Hammer Time!

There’s a buttload of coins as you go around searching for loot chests scattered in different areas while trying to avoid getting annihilated by evil monsters that are hungry for human mortals. So far I have collected a bunch of stuff like skins, cosmetics and artwork of various characters.

I’m thinking one of these times I will invite my sis Tomala to a game of MK11 just for bloody fun. 🙂

In tonight’s post: Meet the Female Cleaners

Here’s what I’ve been working on with the help of Photoshop and Illustrator, and it includes crime scene cleaners from the sequel to the video game Max Payne:

Oh, and speaking of. I should probably jump back into playing that game so that I can go on a mission to gun down the cleaners, mobsters and all sorts of enemies… again. 😛
