There’s nothing I can say for tonight, so here’s my latest GMod screenshot which was image-traced from Adobe Illustrator:
I was bored so I decided to create pixel art of Pac-Man in GMod for tonight:
I also made a Halloween-themed version of that character known as Pac-o’-Lantern:
I wonder what I’m going to make for my next pixel art project…
I decided to work on my pixel block art in GMod this evening, and here’s a pic of what I’ve been working on:
This is supposed to be an 8-bit sprite of Miru, a light green friendly ghost of Pac-Man from the 80’s arcade game Pac & Pal. I got my Miru block art up on Steam now, and I also published my block art of a gold key that I made last year but I forgot about publishing my 8-bit key on that year due to real life and other productive distractions.
I was going to plan on doing more block art in GMod tomorrow, but this time I’ll work on some block art that’s completely different and doesn’t include video game characters.
I was checking out Namco Museum 64 on Der Project 64 emulator. It’s a Nintendo 64 game where you can play 6 arcade games starting with Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaxian, Galaga, Dig Dug and Pole Position.
The reason why I snagged that to add to my collection of N64 games is because I remember playing Namco Museum Volumes 1 and 3 on the original Playstation back in the old days. They’re a lot of fun! 😀
I’ve been experimenting on Famicom Mini games on my Visual Boy Advance emulator, and here are a few screenshots of Famicom Mini games that have been tested successfully:
Mario Bros.
Dig Dug
Pac-Man
My future plans are to play more Famicom games; such as Ice Climbers, Clu Clu Land and Super Mario Bros.
What I’ve been doing in Adobe Illustrator lately…
Revenge of Pac-Man. 😛
Guess what I’ve been doing in Adobe Illustrator lately?
I just thought I’d practice some more drawing on my Wacom tablet while tracing images of various game sprites, and I will doing more of Illustrator so that I can learn new things on there. 🙂
I decided to play some Mah Jongg today with the Namco tile set that I made. Here’s a picture of it:
I made them because they’re my favorite retro arcade games. 🙂
I decided to give myself a break from Scribblenauts and play some GMod for a couple of hours. I even took some screenshots of my Pac-Man sprite art:
I put those up because Pac-Man is a great classic Namco arcade game. 🙂 On another note I did manage to get two achievements while I was playing GMod. Like, that one achievement for spawning a thousand NPCs and the other for killing a thousand bad guys.
Oh, I also took a screenshot of a Galaxian enemy ship from awhile back:
Yeah, I had fun in the GMod universe. 😛
