Working on my first Portal 2 test chamber
I decided to build my first test chamber in Portal 2 last night:
If you want to give this a try, then feel free to subscribe it on Steam. π

The Fart Where He Smells You
I decided to dig into some Portal 2 yesterday, and I have now reached Chapter 9, “The Part Where He Kills You”:
I even got an achievement for this too. π This is the part where Wheatley tries to kill the player by using death traps like defective turrets, spike crushers and spinning sawblades. But I think I’ll take a break until I feel like playing this game again. π
Maxwell’s new siblings and Billy Mays come to Scribblenauts
I made another Scribblenauts collection lately. It’s a collection of Maxwell’s new siblings:
Click on the link here to check out each one you’d like to see. Oh, I also made Billy Mays as my new avatar:
At least Billy Mays will live on in a game. π
Top Dog of the Scribblenauts Workshop (for now)
I made some more of my Scribblenauts NPCs and items lately, and somehow they’re on top of the first page in the Workshop:
Wow, I was so excited when I saw this. π
Metro 2033 Friday Night Fun Fest
I dug back into some more Metro 2033 tonight, and so far I have successfully ninja’d my way past the enemy bandits to find Bourbon, who had been shot and killed by a bandit:
Here Khan guides me to the subway station where we encounter ghostly silhouettes which can kill you in seconds if you get too close to them. We also shot down more nosalises on the way while looking for guns and ammunition scattered in hidden areas:
On another note I did get an achievement for completing levels ‘Ghosts’ and ‘Anomaly’ without dying. By the way, I had fun playing stealth ninja and nosalis hunter. π
The Wang has risen!
Tomala let me know that Shadow Warrior was free on Humble Bundle, so I went and grabbed a copy:
You play as Lo Wang, a legendary warrior who can kill enemies with his sword or guns, if he has ammunition. He can do other things like dash in any direction just by pressing the Shift key then pressing the usual W, S, A or D. If you hold the Shift key and press W, Wang will start to sprint until his stamina drops. I also like how you can slice and dice dead enemies into bits and pieces:
Another cool thing is when you press R while you’re equipped with the Penetrator [great name], it sputters like fireworks:
There are some special things in this game like Dark Crystals which give me Ki, an energy that allows me to learn or upgrade demonic powers. Other special things in this game are spirits from fallen creatures which give you health, karma to learn and upgrade my skills, and demon hearts that kills all demons from six meters away from me, which is demonically awesome. π I made my way to Chapter 2 which is The Party Bus after killing dozens of enemy humans and demons in the first one, and then I took some screenshots of arcade machines plus the original classic Shadow Warrior arcade machine in the Prologue:
Not a bad game… I don’t think I’ll have to be too bored to play this again. π
Some Moar Serious Sam Shenanigans
I’ve been playing some Serious Sam Fusion 2017 lately, and I have made my way past the Moon Mountains, the Oasis and the Dunes after fighting a bunch of monsters and obtaining the Water element in the First Encounter:
So now I’m in the Suburbs of Memphis after collecting all four elements, where I must know how to find and activate the Sirian Spaceship. It was a lot of fun being serious like Sam, hopefully I can reach the Sewers without getting killed by monsters, obstacles, etc. π
Cthulus and Shoggoths Galore
I made another Scribblenauts collection the other day. This time it’s a collection of Cthulus and Shoggoths that I made plus a few others made by other people in which I already gave credit to them.
Click here to check out my collection of Cthulus and Shoggoths.
Saturday Open Thread + Some Steam Controller Fun
My Steam controller arrived a few days ago. I thought I’d give this a shot by playing some Mortal Kombat X last night after I configured the settings on it. I should probably configure the controller settings for other games like Sonic, Serious Sam and Quake. I like how it has a Gyro setting on the controller so that you can use it to turn left and right, and look up and down in-game. π
Now I can use it to play fun games with Tomala on the HTPC in the living room. π This is an Open Thread, so feel free to post comments if you wish.
It’s time to get serious!
After I played a bit of Serious Sam Fusion 2017 the other night, I created a Serious Sam collection in Scribblenauts. It has the main character plus some monsters and a few weapons. Click here to look at the collection. So far I have obtained three out of four elements and discovered a secret portal that teleports me to the secret door which leads me to Moon Mountains in the first encounter:
I think I’ll tear into this game some more whenever I feel like getting serious.
