Current Gaming Mood: Time Slaughter Lost

There can be only one! *again*

I decided to check out the updated version of Time Slaughter. It’s called Time Slaughter Lost. This version of the game has graphical changes. The characters’ portraits are newly edited (except Staine’s and Portal’s). Savage and Pierre have different sound clips. The alternate palettes of Pierre, Savage and Mojumbo look brand new. Jinsoku’s stage and Asylum’s stage are completely different, Ug’s stage has purple sky and mountains in the background instead of dark blue, and Lazarus’s stage is at nighttime. The rest of the other characters’ stages still remain the same. I even made a video of the complete playthrough as Savage:

I got to admit, this game is bloody fun to play just like the regular Time Slaughter. 🙂

Old School Fun With W5Card

I was playing an old Windows card game called W5Card. Here’s a screenshot of the game:

In this card game, the player needs a pair of Jacks or better to open at the start of a new game. If the player passes, the dealer may open or pass back. If the open is passed back, the player is allowed to start the betting.

When discarding, both the player and the dealer can get up 5 new cards.

At the end of the hand, the winner is given the entire pot; the pot stays on a tie. Also, if you lose all your money to the dealer you’ll get a closing quote:

Now would be a good time to experience other attractions in Las Vegas.

Not gonna lie, W5Card is one fun card game. 😛
