Left 4 Dead But It’s A Solo Game For The Roku

Today is the first day of Fall, and I was checking out a Roku game called Zombie 3D, a first person shooter game where your objective is to kill all zombies before they get you. Your town is infiltrated with zombies and they have started attacking people and turning them into zombies, and it’s up to you to stop this zombie apocalypse and your town and your people. I only used the default pistol because I don’t want to waste my money on weapons such as the Shotgun, AK-47, etc.

Unfortunately there’s no screenshot of the actual gameplay but I’ve gone through the first five levels of killing zombies with a pistol without becoming one, but what sucks about this game is that you need to spend some money to buy the full game in order to keep playing onward and I’m not going to do that. Also, the sprites in-game are 2D, not 3D. It should go without saying but I’ve concluded that Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 are a lot better than this Roku game, but at least I had fun killing zombies one after another. 😉

Let’s Talk About Number Match For Ze Roku

Last month I was playing another free Roku game called Number Match, a game where the objective is to match two numbers that have the same value or the sum of both is equal to 10. Unfortunately there is no screenshot of the actual gameplay but it does include two options: add rows of numbers and use hints. I finally managed to win this game with a lowest score possible which is 70, and what I like about this game is the beautifully mellow music with sounds of ocean waves in it. 🙂

I’d say this is a simply fun number matching game for me, and I love it. 😉

Shootin’ and Glitchin’ Some Bubbles

Yesterday I was playing a different free Roku game and that is Bubble Shooter, where you match 3 or more bubbles in the playfield to make them pop. Here’s what the gameplay of Bubble Shooter looks like:

You can also unlock bombs in the main menu and use them to pop lots of bubbles, and I was doing a trick by using a few bombs to clear a playfield from all bubbles which causes the game to glitch while new bubbles randomly appear and disappear multiple times as you score a gigantic amount of points. However, if you do this trick too often then the game will slow down and eventually either take you back to the Home screen or completely lock up frozen solid which causes the Roku to restart.

So far I have reached the final score of over a million points before the game decided to have a stroke. But yeah, I always thought this crazy fun game looks similar to the Puzzle Bobble games except this has no video game characters in it.

Current Two-in-One Roku Gaming Mood: Air Hockey and Color Bowl

I’ve been having fun with two Roku games on my TV the other day.

This first one is called Air Hockey, which is a Pong-like tabletop game where you and a computer player try to score goals against each other on a low-friction table using two handheld discs (or mallets) and a lightweight plastic puck. Here’s what the gameplay of Air Hockey looks like:

I have easily crushed the computer player with a score of 187 points. I’m an Air Hockey wizard! 😀

This next Roku game I was playing is called Color Bowl, where you play as a colored bowling ball and the objective is to match colors of red, green or blue. Here’s what the gameplay of Color Bowl looks like:

You score one point for a regular colored ball, and two points for a colored ball with a white stripe in the middle. However; the game is over if your current colored ball touches the wrong color. So far I did pretty good and got a score of 148 points. Hooray for me!

Current Roku Game Mood: Color Swap ‘n Drop *again*

I’ve been playing the fudge out of Color Swap ‘n Drop on my Roku TV earlier this afternoon, and I finally managed to get a new high score of 4,100 points:

Hooray for me! So now is my time to celebrate and take a long break from this game… for now. 🙂

Enjoy Some Scientifically Accurate CAVEMEEEEEEEEEENNNNN!!!

My Dad showed me a YouTube video the other day of The Flintstones but they’re a scientifically accurate homo rectus family, and I wanted to show this video to all you ladies and gentlemen:

Yep, I saw the whole thing and I thought that was really hilarious. 😛

Sunday Late Night Video Round-Up

My father showed me a YouTube video last night of an Honest Government Ad that includes Coronavirus (COVID-19), and I thought I’d share this video to all you people:

I find this video honestly hilarious, I also like the part where a female person in the video is saying that medical experts coming up with a term to describe the situation people were facing a Shitshow, ridiculously hilarious. 😛
