Current Gaming Mood: Mighty Beanz Pocket Puzzle

I’ve been playing around with some Mighty Beanz Pocket Puzzles tonight. It’s a puzzle game for the GBA where you must swap and combine pieces of the Beanz together to successfully match their upper and lower halves to make them whole again. The more you match, the more points you score in this game. Here’s a screenshot of the gameplay:

I have now reached level 4 in this game, and I think I’ll plan on taking a break to play this game until I feel like it.

The stats in this game will show your current score, how much time taken, combos and number of Beanz after you complete a level. It’s a really fun puzzle game for the GBA, and I’m happy with that. 🙂

You got Game Boy Advance in my Nintendo DS!

I decided to come back to Pokémon Diamond on my Nintendo DS emulator since it’s been awhile, but this I’m using the GBA ROM files so that I can catch new (old) species of Pokémon from the Fire Red, Leaf Green, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald versions:

So far I managed to get a few of them like this one in the picture below:

I think I’ll plan on continue my Pokémon journey tomorrow. Stay tuned!

Another Round of Sprite Sheetification

I decided to come back to making more sprite sheets and submitting them to the Spriters Resource website. Here’s one of them that got approved the other day:

It’s a good thing I like Tom and Jerry back when I was little, and I still like it now. 😀

Face Creator Glitches in Ultimate Card Games

I have been making new characters with the Face Creator in Ultimate Card Games for the Game Boy Advance on my VisualBoyAdvance emulator last year. I was modifying some things for a various character when suddenly their face becomes glitched and multicolored for some strange reason. Here are a few screenshots of what happened to the characters’ faces after the glitch occurred:

I find that really weird every time that happened. 😛

Some Fun with Ultimate Card Games

I found this GBA rom called Ultimate Card Games last year, and it looks quite similar to Hoyle Card Games. You can play up to 9 card games against your opponents which are: Hearts, Spades, Euchre, Canasta, Bridge, Cribbage, Go Fish, Gin Rummy, and Crazy Eights.

There’s also a bunch of super cool Solitaire games like Klondike, FreeCell and Aces Up.

Now here’s what the gameplay of this GBA rom looks like:

Hooray! I made my nil bid in Spades! 🙂

And what I like about this game is the Face Creator where you can make your custom characters, which I find it fascinating:

So yeah, this is one of the greatest games I’ve ever played. 🙂 Click here to download the GBA rom from DopeROMS.

Some Old-School Mario Kart Karnage

I found this Game Boy Advance ROM game at LoveROMs.com that I remembered playing when I was a kid. It’s called Mario Kart Super Circuit, a game where you’ll compete against the other racers as you race around the tracks while grabbing mystery boxes that contains various power-ups like red and green turtle shells, mushrooms and stars:

Yay! 1st Place Photo Finish! XD

My lap stats after I finished the race.

I gotta say, this is a super fun Mario racing game. 🙂
