Current Gaming Mood: Smoke ’em Poker

I’ve been playing an old Windows 3.1 game under DOSBox called Smoke ’em Poker. It’s a card game where you play against up to 5 opponents simulated by the computer. This is what the actual gameplay looks like:

The main objective in this card game is to defeat all of your opponents in order to win the game:

I’d say this is a really fun card game to play, and what I like about this are the quotes from old-school movies and TV shows as sound files corresponding to current situations. What I also like about this game is there’s a feature that you can save your game during your progress. Awesome!
Anyways, I’ll play this some more and then off to something new (old). 😛
Knit Has Begun!
My mother was kind and decided to knit a pair of Mortal Kombat slippers for me:

I tried them on and they both fit comfortably well, and they also keep my feet warm. 🙂
Smoke On The Water, Fire Filled The Sky
I’ve been playing around some more TF2 recently after selling a few pieces of junk from the Steam market including my unpainted disco ball eyes to purchase the ones with purple paint:

The reason why is because I wanted to complete my Pyro loadout with three cosmetics that are painted purple.

Yep, I have now become the Deep Purple Pyro. 🙂
Enjoy Some More Sprite Sheets
Last night I’ve been having fun with some MS-DOS games such as Poker Galore and Blackjack Plus, and I thought I’d rip two sprite sheets of playing cards that I’ve taken from both games:

Now I’m at the point where I must take a break from sprite sheeting… for now.
Another Round of Game Sprite Sheet Shenanigans
I’ve been working on another game sprite sheet after playing a little bit of the Game Boy Color version of Scrabble:

I also submitted a sprite sheet of the game’s intros and title screen. If anyone is interested in checking it out from TSR then feel free to click on the link right here.
Tuesday Night Sprite Sheet Open Thread
Since nobody has created the Game Boy sprite sheets of the Slot Machines and their payout tables from Caesars Palace, I decided to create them myself:

Open Thread!
Sum Moar Tee Eff Too!
I’ve been playing a little bit of TF2 this afternoon, and I have managed to sell enough junk to purchase a couple of TF2 cosmetics from the Steam Market:

As a result, I’m satisfied with these towering piles of holiday-themed hats. 😛
Game Sprite Sheet Roundup
I’ve been working on some more game sprite sheets and then publishing them in The Spriters Resource. Here’s a couple of them:

I also uploaded some more Game Boy sprite sheets from Caesars Palace and Beavis & Butthead. More sprite sheets will be published soon.
Painted Weapons of War, TF2 Style
I’ve been recently selling a bunch of Steam trading cards, and purchased enough money to buy a few TF2 War Paints from the market. Here are three of my weapons that I’ve redeemed after using up all three of my War Paints:

I’d say those are all excellent selections for me, and now I’m fully satisfied with them. 🙂
