Some Game Sprite Sheet Shenanigans

A few days ago I decided to publish a couple of sprite sheets in The Spriters Resource website that include title screen sprites from the game Toy Pop. One for the original Namco arcade and the other for the Sharp X1 version of the game.

The reason why I uploaded them is because nobody bothered making those game sprite sheets, so I had to do it myself. Feel free to click on the links to check out my sprite sheets in the TSR website if anyone of you folks are interested.

Adobe Illustratification Artwork Roundup

Guess what I’ve been doing in Adobe Illustrator lately?

I just thought I’d practice some more drawing on my Wacom tablet while tracing images of various game sprites, and I will doing more of Illustrator so that I can learn new things on there. 🙂

Galaga in a Minecraft Nutshell

Instead of making pixel art using Photoshop or Garry’s Mod, I decided to make a Minecraft skin with 8-bit sprites from the Namco arcade game Galaga:

And now I must get ready to go work because today is my Friday this week. Can’t wait to survive the night at work in hopes of enjoying my weekend. 🙂

EDIT: Well, it turns out that I’ve already decided to delete all my Minecraft skins from some official Minecraft skin website because I realized that I don’t even own that Minecraft. Anyways, that is all.

Another round of building block artwork

Sorry for no blog post yesterday because I was distracted by my paperwork after my job orientation was a success. Either way, I’ve been making some more block art in GMod. This first one is an enemy spaceship from an old arcade game Galaxian:

And this one is a Blinky the red ghost from the Pac-Man series:

I also made three more Pac-Man ghosts which are Pinky (in pink), Inky (in cyan) and Clyde (in orange) but I wait on uploading those three until either tomorrow or the next day because I only uploaded a couple of them on Steam. Feel free to check them out and give them a thumbs up, mates.
