Alxala is Back in Business
My family and I had a very good road trip so far. It sure was nice to visit some states that I’ve never been to before which are Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Utah.
Both our cats were not happy on Day 1 of our family road trip but they finally get to calm down on Day 2:
On the third day of our journey we arrived at Yellowstone Park and I had my camera out and took some pictures of some things from over there:
I do have some recorded video footage over at Yellowstone Park like the bald eagle flying in the sky, a buffalo and a magpie. 🙂
On the fifth day of our road trip my family and I discovered a disastrous rock slide in a work zone while we’re traveling from Colorado to Montana:
After we made our way to Montana we stopped by at a gas station and I bought myself a bag of Lay’s Salt & Vinegar flavored chips and I was looking at the Nutrition Facts on the back of the bag and I noticed that it had a total of 420 calories per package:
On the sixth day of our journey we escaped from Montana and arrived in Spokane to visit our friendly family members, then a couple days later we stopped by at San_San’s cousins’ house for one last visit before heading home. San’s cousins have made us some lasagna, garlic bread and salad for dinner, and then made waffles and eggs for breakfast on our ninth and final day of our family road trip before going back home.
Then my family and I safely got back home late by a few hours because we got in an afternoon traffic jam due to a gravel truck accident out in the middle of a fast lane and also ordering some food at a Wendy’s restaurant for dinner. But at least we all had a good adventure together. 🙂
Our Family Road Trip Has Begun!
My family and I will be taking off at 7 o’ clock in the morning to go on a very long road trip once everyone is ready and got anything that we need packed up and ready to go on our trip, and I’m going to be away from my lair for a while until I come back if everything goes well as planned.
So until then, I shall return, my fellow Slackers…
Family Road Trip Open Thread
Yesterday my family and I went out on a family road trip to go visit our two friendly elderly cousins who live up in Portland for about 27 years, and we totally lucked out by helping them get us a ‘new’ car that we’re looking for because the first two tries on getting it didn’t go well as planned. Anyway, after we got done chatting over at our cousins’ house we went into a restaurant called The Old Spaghetti Factory for my sister Tomala’s birthday, and we chowed down on some delicious food like toasty cheesy ravioli, spaghetti with meatballs, etc. We also ordered some good cocktail drinks like the White Russian and the Fruit Punch, plus we had some ice cream and spumoni for dessert after we finished our nice family dinner. 🙂
Then the next day we all went to an IHOP restaurant to have some breakfast earlier this morning. We had some delicious pancakes like the original Buttermilk pancake and the Chocolaty Chocolate Chip pancake which is what I ordered, some eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausages. After we got out of the IHOP restaurant and said goodbye to our cousins we drove all the way home so that we can plan on getting rid of our classic Oldsmobile by sending it to a local car dump.
So yeah, it sure was nice seeing our beloved cousins. Can’t wait to go visit them again someday now that we got a brand new transportation. 🙂
Another Late Night Open Thread with some Morty fotoz
My family and I went out for a long ride to Coos Bay yesterday to go to a restaurant called Vinny’s, which we’ve never been there before. We had some Smokin’ good eats there like hamburgers, Cajun and Italian fries, etc. Delicious! 😀 Yep, sure was a nice long road trip after we lived for yet another day.
Anyways, tonight was another decent night as usual. I went to do some various games like Shadow Warrior, Super Mario Advance, Borderlands 2 since it’s been a long time. Oh, I snap’d some more cute pictures of the incredibly handsome kitteh weasel boy known as Morty:
I even got some footage Stewie napping next to my bedroom door, but I still need to get more cat footage so that I can make my very first YouTube video of the year. 🙂
